Director & founder
London. Shanghai. Melbourne. Brighton. Litlington. Robin Dally has lived and worked in some of the biggest cities in the world, but he is happiest in a picturesque village in the South Downs.
An ICT fanatic from childhood, Robin has explored the world of digital from all sides. From wiring computers to studying sociology and human psychology, he has explored the relationship between us and technology – and understands the huge potential of mass online communication.
Robin started Ethical SEO in 2009 and continues to head up the team. He is happiest helping great clients to “own” their bit of the web, and spending time with his wife and two young children.

Katie’s love affair with language and communication dates back to her schooldays when she got top marks for her ‘Beginner’s Guide to Playing the Violin’ and won a writing competition for expressing the depths plumbed on failing her Grade 5 Theory of Music exam (oh the irony).
A modern languages graduate, she has always had a strong interest in sustainability, social responsibility and justice. In 2006, she set up Ethical Weddings and also co-founded and ran the networking programme, Our Ethical Network, in Brighton from 2007 to 2010. As Communications Manager for Ethical SEO, Katie helps our clients to make their online presence known as effectively, concisely and accurately as possible.

She has since established herself in a variety of writing trades including writing tutor, script consultant, live lit promoter (Short Fuse, Story Studio and Flash Lit) and web copywriter.
After completing her English & Media degree, Kate’s following six years in sales and marketing has given her an in-depth knowledge of successful marketing campaigns and corporate culture. In 2009, she went freelance and by combining her selling adaptability, creative flair and innate writing passion, she became a successful web copywriter with market leaders in her portfolio.
Kate is also interested in the psychology of writing and uses various techniques to empower writers to end self-sabotage and write with ease. With her wide range of experience, she understands the need to combine profit and ethical authenticity through the power of compelling words.
